• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo when you register via email or social login (Google, Facebook, Apple).
• Published Content: Event calendars, descriptions, images, and other content you publish on Splander.
• Contact Information: Email and phone number provided when creating a channel.
• Communications: Messages you send to us via support or feedback channels.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, events viewed, features used, and interaction patterns.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies for authentication, language preferences, and analytics.

1.3 Google Calendar Data

If you connect your Google Calendar, we access calendar data (event names, dates, times, locations, descriptions) as authorized by you. We use this data solely to display and sync events on the Service. We do not access, read, or store any calendar data beyond what is necessary for the Service's functionality.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your account registration and manage your profile
• Display your published content to other users
• Sync events between Google Calendar and Splander
• Send service-related notifications (account updates, channel approvals)
• Personalize your experience (For You recommendations)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms & Conditions

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, error tracking).
• Public Content: Content you publish (channel names, descriptions, events) is publicly visible on the platform.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (AWS infrastructure) and Vercel. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
