Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Splander account and all associated personal data at any time, using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open the Splander app.
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you return to guest mode.

Option 2 — By email

Send a request from the email address associated with your account to support@splander.comwith the subject “Delete account”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing it.

What is deleted

• Your account details (email, name, profile photo)
• Loved / saved events and your saved calendar items
• Channels you follow and your preferences
• In-app activity and personalization history
• Notification identifiers (push tokens)

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. In the app you can un-love events, remove saved calendar items, unfollow channels, and change or clear your preferences at any time. For any other data-deletion request, email support@splander.com.

Timeline

Your data is removed from our active systems immediately, and from backups within 30 days. We may retain a minimal amount of information where required by law. We'll send a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

מחיקת חשבון ונתונים

באפשרותך למחוק את חשבון Splander שלך ואת כל הנתונים האישיים המשויכים אליו בכל עת, באחת מהדרכים הבאות.

אפשרות 1 — מתוך האפליקציה

1. פתחו את אפליקציית Splander.
2. עברו אל פרופיל ← מחיקת חשבון.
3. אשרו. החשבון נמחק מיידית ותחזרו למצב אורח.

אפשרות 2 — בדוא"ל

שלחו בקשה מכתובת הדוא"ל של החשבון אל support@splander.comעם הנושא ”מחיקת חשבון”. אנו מוודאים שהבקשה מגיעה מבעל החשבון לפני הטיפול בה.

מה נמחק

• פרטי החשבון (דוא"ל, שם, תמונת פרופיל)
• אירועים שאהבתם/שמרתם ואירועים שנשמרו ביומן
• ערוצים שאתם עוקבים אחריהם וההעדפות שלכם
• היסטוריית פעילות והתאמה אישית באפליקציה
• מזהי התראות (push tokens)

מחיקת נתונים מסוימים ללא מחיקת החשבון

אין צורך למחוק את כל החשבון כדי להסיר נתונים מסוימים. באפליקציה ניתן להסיר אירועים מהאהובים, למחוק אירועים שמורים ביומן, להפסיק מעקב אחר ערוצים ולשנות או לנקות העדפות בכל עת. לכל בקשת מחיקת נתונים אחרת, כתבו אל support@splander.com.

טווח זמן

הנתונים מוסרים ממערכותינו הפעילות באופן מיידי, ומגיבויים בתוך 30 יום. ייתכן שנשמור מידע מצומצם ככל שנדרש על-פי חוק. נשלח אישור עם השלמת המחיקה.
