All of these wonderful songs performed by the leading musicians of the Brit Funk genre. Formed by pioneers of the music known as Brit Funk, The Brit-Funk Association features a fluid 10 piece collective of musicians, with a core of trumpet player Kenny Wellington, guitar player Breeze McKrieth and saxophonist and flautist David Baptiste of Beggar & Co and former founder members of the original Light of the World lineup, Patrick McLean saxophonist and vocalist from the original lineup of Hi Tension that recorded the first album and hit singles Hi Tension and British Hustle. Keyboard player Peter Hinds was also a member of the the Original lineup of Light of the World and is especially known for composing the classic jazz funk anthem, Pete's Crusade.
