Noises Off

Noises Off by Michael Frayn presents a chaotic group of travelling actors rehearsing a play called "Nothing's On". With slamming doors, behind-the-scenes drama, and even a misplaced fish, the actors struggle to keep the show running. Combining mockery and homage to theatrical traditions, Frayn fills this play-within-a-play with stock characters, absurd situations, and nonstop comedy. Mild profanity and adult language, sexual innuendo and suggestive humor, and characters appear in partial states of undress.
