Luton Rising presents Proms in the Park

Sunday 13th September 2026 @ 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm   Luton Rising presents Proms in the Park To celebrate Luton’s 150th anniversary of first becoming a borough back in 1876, we are hosting a massive live orchestral concert! This orchestra is made up of the talent from across Luton, some of whom have moved on, but many of them still live in our beloved town. This event has been made possible through headline sponsorship by Luton Council’s airport company, Luton Rising. Luton Council wants as many people as possible to be able to enjoy this event, so we’ve kept the ticket costs as low as possible.  General information There is no re-admission to Proms in the Park after entry. Please plan ahead because once you’re in, you’re in! For this event, you may bring in picnic blankets, camping chairs or other small forms of seating. However, no large golf umbrellas are permitted. Seating is also in the VIP area and Accessible Zone. Please note that you cannot bring these into the event on Saturday, LLuton Rising presents Party in the Park. You may also bring in a small picnic, including drinks and food. Each guest 18 years or older may bring up to 4 sealed cans of alcohol, or 1 sealed bottle of still or sparkling wine. We do ask audience members to not drink to excess and anyone engaging in behaviour that is deemed by our security staff to be unreasonably impacting others or is dangerous will be told to leave.
